About role

We’re hiring a Product Designer at Protect AI to shape the future of our AI security web platform and related products. In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to design seamless user experiences, guiding projects from idea to implementation. A mix of technical knowledge, awareness of use cases, and practical timeline management is key.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design new features that align with user needs, best UX practices, and sound design principles.
- Contribute to and refine the existing design system to ensure consistency, streamline component building, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- lay a key role in shaping the branding across various platforms and support Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to effectively promote the platform.
- Conduct or assist with user research and testing to gather actionable insights and data that drive meaningful improvements to the platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure scoping accounts for diverse needs and requirements across the company.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing
- Expertise in the full design cycle: from concept, research, and scoping to wireframing
- Proven experience designing complex web applications and enterprise software
- Hands-on experience in designing SaaS products, with an emphasis
- Skilled in creating personas, user journeys, storyboards, and user flows
